The Nomura-Laser Digital experience takes place in a Japanese botanical garden, symbolizing the bank’s cultural heritage and sustainability values. Through multiples quests, you will be able to meet avatars of senior Nomura and Laser Digital management and complete tasks such as cultivating your own bonsai tree.

As a creative team, it’s truly gratifying to unveil the behind-the-scenes process once we complete a game’s development. Within this article, you’ll discover a treasure trove of references, inspirations, images, and sketches that guided us in shaping this captivating immersive world.

When constructing a world, our foremost goal is believability. We meticulously craft the architecture, fauna, flora, and characters, all with the intention of forging connections between these elements to weave a compelling narrative.

The Laser Digital and Nomura Team comes too us with a lot of ideas and big concepts that were essentials to them.

Voxels Architecture

One of the most significant challenges we faced was the endeavor to replicate remarkable architectural designs using Voxels.

Our inspiration was drawn from various extraordinary locations, such as the Japanese Temple, Changi Airport in Singapore, and the Starbucks Coffee shop in Shibuya.

Countless hours were dedicated to crafting the stunning structure of the Main Building, known as The Botanical Garden.

Mystical creatures

A key idea was to bring mystical creatures living in our metaverse, including a Phoenix, a dragon, butterflies, cranes and enable meaningful interactions with these beautifully depicted animals.

Avatars and Non Playable Characters

We brought to life significant figures within the organization, infusing them with the essence of Japanese pop culture, including robots, manga, and samurai-inspired characters.

Bonsai, Sakura and Flowers

We reconstruct incredible trees, flowers, Sakura, and Bonsai, bestowing a unique atmosphere upon the environment where we seamlessly blend the harmonious coexistence of nature and technology.

We hope that you will enjoy to live amazing adventures in The Nomura and Laser Digital Botanical Garden in the Metaverse.
